Shipping & Returns
Bhakti Europe delivers to customers in Belgium and within Western Europe. We work together with DPD.
All orders for which we have received payment before 12 p.m. will be sent on the same working day. Orders placed after 12 p.m. or during the weekend will be sent on the next business day.
Orders above 50 euros are shipped free of charge within Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg.
Shipping costs for letter mail within Belgium from € 4
Packages within Belgium from 0 to 10 kilos = € 6.25 / 10 to 20 kilos = € 8.5
The exact amount for a heavier shipment is clearly indicated before completing the order.
Letter-post and parcels within Europe from € 7.50, the exact amount is clearly indicated before the order is completed.

You can always check the status of your order (s) under 'My Orders' in your account. If the delivery time runs out, you will receive a timely message from us.
Not at home?
If you were not at home, simply make a new delivery appointment online at
On the day you select and free of charge. Otherwise, your parcel will be delivered to a nearby Pickup parcelshop. In this case, the driver leaves a message with further instructions in the letterbox. You will get an e-mail when the parcel has arrived at the Pickup parcelshop.
Deliver on a DIFFERENT ADDRESS?
You can also specify a different shipping address when placing your order, for example at work, or at someone else’s place who can receive the package for you. You can specify this alternative address when completing your order.
Your order has the status 'sent', but you have not received anything after 5 working days? Please contact us and we will check the delivery status of your order for you. If something has indeed gone wrong with the shipment of your package, we will definitely resolve that as quickly as possible for you.
Bhakti Europe delivers to a number of countries in Western Europe. Unfortunately, delivery outside of this is not possible. If you are located in a country that is a member of the EU that is outside our delivery area, please contact us to discuss the options.
Return & Exchange Policy
Generally, we accept returns or exchanges of any unused, unwashed, unworn merchandise in its original packaging for up to 30 days from the date of purchase. Unfortunately, due to health reasons, we cannot accept returns of mats or towels that have been removed from their original packaging. Please let us know within 14 calendar days that you want to cancel the purchase (calculated from the day after receiving your order). We are unable to refund initial shipping fees and return shipping costs.
To cancel your purchase, you can send the return form below to us, preferably immediately with the product, but you can also send the form in advance by mail. (Then please send a copy of this form with your return shipment). If you have sent the form separately, you then have 14 calendar days to return the item to us.
If the returned item is damaged or contains traces of use, then you are liable for that as a customer. Any damage caused by this will then be deducted from the amount to be refunded.

Do you want to exchange for another product?
Please return the items that you do not want to keep to us, together with the form above, and place a new order on this website with the product for which you want to exchange. That way you also know immediately if the product you want is in stock. As soon as the payment for your new order has arrived, it will automatically go to the warehouse and will be sent that same working day.
As soon as your return shipment has arrived at us, the amount of the returned items will be refunded to you within 2 working days using the same payment method that you used to pay us. Therefore, also clearly state your account number or your PAYPAL address and name on the return form, then we can process the refund as quickly as possible.
Do you only want to return the product and receive the amount back?
Please return the items to us by using the form above, and clearly state your account number and correct name on the enclosed return form. After we have received your return, the amount of the returned items will be transferred back to you as quickly as possible. Usually within 2 or 3 working days, but no later than 14 days after canceling your purchase. For reimbursement, the product must have actually received it back, or have received proof that the product is on its way.
